Fear- related outcomes were assessed using Tampa scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK) and pain – related outcomes were measured using Numeric Rating scale (NRS) for pain and by spine flexibility which is measured using Goniometer, Sit and reach (SAR), and Straight leg raising(SLR) at pre and post intervention. Result: After the practice of IAYT there is a significant change (p<0.01) in TSK scores, pain, Spinal flexibility. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy helps in reducing the pain-related fear and helps improving the spinal flexibility in CLBP patients. Hence IAYT techniques can be suggested for management of fear factors in CLBP patients
